Our 3D Printed Boafeng UV5R radio holster was designed and created to be utilized as a holster for your radio in a plate carrier or chest rig cummerbund. You could even slip this into a mag pouch if your UV-5R currently fits in one. This holster adds passive retention without the shock cord and active retention with the use of the shock cord. While using this holster you will prevent accidental hot mic that these radios are so prone to. This holster also protects the front keys from being pressed as well. You are also able to attach any of your favorite PTT or ear piece units into the side to optimized use of the radio.
Fits UV5R with standard battery only!
To use: you will have to remove the belt clip from the UV5R in order to fit into the holster.
Shock cord: endless possibilities for ways to attach or secure to whatever you put this holster in. Or don’t use the shock cord!
